26Spring/Summer Show Schedule

The 26SS Jafabric LAB Collection finds its muse in the profound heritage of textiles such as 呂_Ro and 紗_Sha,
traditionally donned by monks over centuries to embrace coolness and comfort in sweltering summer seasons.

These fabrics, deeply rooted in the Zen world, reflect a philosophy of simplicity and harmony with nature.

 

Additionally, the collection draws on the concept of 格子 (lattice), a traditional Japanese architectural design
used to allow airflow while providing shade, further enhancing the ability to stay cool naturally.

 

In today's world of extreme weather conditions,
this collection is a return to our roots,
exploring how we can embrace comfort through the natural world,
rather than relying solely on technology.
It seeks to bridge heritage and modernity,
offering an innovative approach to staying cool and comfortable
with a Zen-inspired balance of mindfulness, traditional design, and sustainability.
